IES ALVAR NÚÑEZ

From the 10th to the 14th of June, 22 students of bachillerato have travelled to Gütersloh in Germany, on an Erasmus+ visit to the Anne-Frank School. As well as learning a new educational system, the students have had the chance to know more the cultural heritage of that country, visiting interesting places such as Cologne, World Heritage or Münster. Commemorating the International Day of the Environment, the bilingual programme, together with the Department of Physical Education and Physics and Chemistry, have organized the first day of "Health and Wellness Workshops " . The day began with some students and teachers commuting together by bike taking part in the "Bicibús".  After that, some students of 2nd and 4th of ESO prepared several workshops in which they showed and talked about aspects such as additives and nutritional values of different products students usually eat. Later on, 4th of ESO students organized varied workshops with physical activities related to the topic and meditation or stretching activities for the participants. Congratulations!
